Integrate Granola with Aithon using Zapier

Prerequisites

• Active Aithon account
• Granola Business or Enterprise account
• Zapier account

Step 1: Obtain Zapier Invitation

Contact support@aithon.ai to request a Zapier invitation. Once received, locate the email from Zapier and click the acceptance link.

Step 2: Create or Access Your Zapier Account

New users can establish an account via email, Google, or Microsoft credentials. Existing users simply log in.

Step 3: Review the Shared Zap Template

After authentication, examine the pre-configured template designed for quick automation setup.

Step 4: Customize and Activate

Follow these steps to customize and activate the Zap:

1. Click "Use this Zap"
2. Authorize necessary app connections
3. Configure trigger settings
4. Adjust action settings
5. Test functionality before enabling
6. Toggle to "On" to activate

Step 5: Configure Granola Connector

Complete the following to configure the Granola connector:

1. Select Granola as your trigger application
2. Choose a specific event
3. Sign into your Granola account within Zapier
4. Grant authorization permissions
5. Refine trigger options
6. Run connection test
